Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your experience when training with me, International Master Adarsh Tripathi. I aim to provide maximum flexibility and personalized coaching while protecting the integrity of the service.
Eligibility & Conduct
- Coaching is available to students of all ages and levels.
- Minors must have permission from a parent or guardian.
- All students must agree not to redistribute any materials provided during lessons.
Lesson Format & Platforms
- Lessons are delivered live via Zoom, with collaborative study on Lichess.org.
- Platforms may be changed at any time based on availability or optimization.
- Sessions are not recorded unless explicitly requested in advance by the student.
Content Usage & Privacy
- Students are strictly prohibited from sharing or distributing any lesson content, including but not limited to positions, PGNs, notes, recordings, or training methods, without written permission.
Pricing & Payments
- All pricing is transparently listed on the /pricing page.
- Prepaid sessions and calendar bookings are honored even if pricing changes later.
- Payment after a lesson is allowed, but no future sessions can be scheduled until all dues are cleared.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling
- No refunds are offered; all bookings are final.
- Students may reschedule freely, even at the last minute.
- If I ever need to reschedule, we will agree on a new time without charge.
Jurisdiction & Liability
- I do not guarantee performance outcomes such as rating increases or tournament wins.
- These terms fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi, India.
