All lesson bookings are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including missed sessions, cancellations, or changes in availability.

Refund & Rescheduling Policy
As your Chess Coach, I prioritize flexibility and student convenience. While I do not offer monetary refunds, my rescheduling policy ensures that every session you book is honored in full.
Unlimited Rescheduling
Students are welcome to reschedule at any time, even last minute, with no penalty or extra charge. Just let me know via WhatsApp or email, and we'll coordinate a new time that works for you.
Missed Sessions
If you miss a session for any reason, you are eligible to reschedule it at no additional cost. I do not charge no-show or cancellation fees.
If I Need to Reschedule
Life happens; if I ever need to cancel or move a lesson, I'll reach out in advance and we'll promptly find an alternative time that suits you. No sessions are ever lost.
